All registered members. Meets at least once a year at the Annual General Meeting to approve accounts and plans.
Board of Directors
Elected by the members for a two-year term. Sets strategy, approves budgets and appoints committees.

Led by the Secretary, the secretariat handles membership, events, accounts and member services.
